The Lancaster Bible College Baseball team traveled to McDaniel on Wednesday afternoon for a non-conference game losing 10-4. The Chargers are now 10-11 overall while the Green Terrors drop to 9-11-1 overall.
How It Happened: McDaniel got on the scoreboard first taking a 1-0 lead after one inning of play but a double down the left field line from
Dylan Witkowski brought in two runs to take a 2-1 lead. After McDaniel tied it at 2-2, the Chargers responded with another run from
Evan Sareyka on a ball hit by
Nick Colarossi.
The Green Terrors used a four run 5
th inning to take a 6-3 lead in the middle of the game. The Chargers looked to make another run in the 6
th inning as a single from
Joey Stein scored
Everett Bell but the Green Terrors stayed hot in the batter's box scoring four more runs to win the game 10-4.
