2024: Dodrer was one of seven players to appear in all 36 matches for the Chargers in 2024, starting in 35 matches and ranking fifth on the team in points with 137.5 on the year. She landed 111 kills on 18.5% hitting with a season-high 10 kills against Messiah on September 5. Riley tied for second on the team with 41 total blocks on the season, leading the Chargers with 16 solo blocks and recording two four-block matches, both against Penn St. Abington on October 9 and November 9 in the conference Quarterfinals. Dodrer surpassed 100 total blocks this season for her career and entered the top-10 in program history in block assists.
2023: Riley Dodrer appeared in 24 matches in 2023, making 21 starts and playing in 83 sets. She connected on 69 total kills and totaled over one point per set, notching her first career double-digit kill game on October 21 with 13 kills against St. Mary's (Md.). Dodrer had 27 digs and finished second on the team with 30 blocks, with a season-high four blocks in a five-set win over Arcadia on October 7.
2022: Dodrer played in 28 of the Chargers' 30 contests in her first season, starting 26 times. She was 6th on the team with 81 total kills, landing the first of her career in the opening match against Eastern on September 2. She added five assists and 22 digs, also landing double-digit service aces with 11. Dodrer was active at the net, with her 39 total blocks being the second-highest on the team, including four solo blocks. She had a season-high nine kills in a 3-0 road win over Cairn on October 20, and she had a season-high four blocks on October 18 in a 3-1 home win over Hood College.
