2023: Dickinson played in four contests as a senior, being limited by a leg injury that cut her season short. She tallied four total shots with three being on goal, notching an assist on September 3 in a 4-0 home win over Immaculata. Rachel finished her Charger career with five goals and two assists, adding to 12 points with 26 total shots on offense.

2022: Rachel Dickinson played in all 17 contests for the Chargers in 2022, starting 13 times. She was one of eight players to take 10+ shots, firing 17 shots with 11 on goal. She scored a total of three goals on the season, including the lone goal in Lancaster Bible's 1-0 road win over Keystone on October 10. Dickinson also connected on her first career assist in 2022, finding Ketty Akselsen for a score in a 1-0 win over Penn St. Abington on October 15, finishing with seven points for the season.

2021: Dickinson appeared in 18 of Lancaster Bible's 19 games during the season, earning five starts. Dickinson scored her first collegiate goal on September 9 against Notre Dame (Md.) and added another against Wells on October 16. Dickinson played a season-high 90 minutes against the Express on October 16.

2020: No season due to COVID-19 Pandemic.
