She finished in the top-10 in all of NCAA Division III with 705 total digs, setting a LBC single-season record and becoming the only player in Charger history with 700+ digs in a season. Helman had 10+ digs in all but two matches in 2024 and over 20 in 17 matches, setting a career-high on September 5 with 40 digs against Messiah at home. Leah also became just the seventh player in program history with 70+ service aces in a season, landing 71 aces and recording six games of at least three aces. Helman had at least 15 digs in all seven of the Chargers' postseason matches, including 32 digs against Ohio Christian in the NCCAA Mideast Regional Championship on November 22. Most significantly of all, Leah passed Myranda Kemrer to become the program's all-time digs leader on October 31 at Cairn, ending the season with 1,992 career digs as the new benchmark for Chargers Women's Volleyball. Helman had a decorated postseason as well, being named United East Defensive Player of the Year for the third consecutive year with All-Conference 1st Team honors and three Defensive Player of the Week awards. She was also a NCCAA Mideast All-Regional 2nd Team selection, leading the Chargers to their first regional title since 2014 and first appearance in the NCCAA Div. I National Championship. Leah finished with the second-most service aces in program history with 206 in total and is the program's NCAA Division III leader in that category all-time.

2023: Helman continued to anchor the Lancaster Bible defense as a junior, playing in 28 of LBC's 29 matches and playing a team-high 106 sets. She exceeded her previous season with 539 total digs, the most in the whole United East Conference and the second-most in a season in program history. Leah had 13 games with 20+ digs and nine games with 25+ digs, recording a season-high 31 in a five-set win over Arcadia on October 7. That same day, Helman reached 1,000 career digs against Penn College, becoming just the seventh player in Charger women's volleyball history to reach the milestone. She also led the team with 58 service aces, including a season-high eight aces against Maine - Fort Kent on September 2. Helman reached 100 career service aces on September 23 against Hood College, just the 22nd player to reach 100 aces for the Chargers. To cap off her season, Leah was named United East Defensive Player of the Year for the second straight season, winning it for the Volt Division and also earning an All-Conference 1st Team selection. In addition to three conference Defensive Player of the Week honors, Helman earned a selection to the NCCAA Midwest All-Region Team, the lone representative for the Chargers. She ends her season ranking 5th all-time in digs and 11th all-time in service aces for the Chargers.

2022: Leah Helman played in all 30 contests and had a breakout year for the Chargers, switching to libero for the 2022 season. She took a massive step up for the team, leading the entire United East conference with 523 digs, registering 20+ digs in 12 different matches and 30+ digs on three occasions. She also hit well from the back line, landing 46 service aces, the third-most and 17.9% of all aces for the Chargers in 2022. She was third on the team with 79 assists and got six kills in addition to her surplus of digs. Helman had a season-high 34 digs at home on October 6 en route to a 3-1 win over FDU-Florham, which is tied for the third-most digs in a single match in program history. She was awarded United East Defensive Player of the Week on October 3 after averaging 22.25 digs per match over the course of the week. In addition to earning a selection to the United East All-Conference 2nd Team, Leah Helman became the first LBC player to win United East Defensive Player of the Year, capping off her excellent sophomore campaign.
