The Lancaster Bible College men's tennis team faced Immaculata on Tuesday, falling 7-2.
The Chargers (0-12), still looking for their first win this season, were led by
Brandon Klinger who won at number five singles for the second consecutive day. He defeated Mike Pancoast, 6-4, 7-5 after winning against Southern Virginia on Monday.
Peter Coderre and
Phil Smock won at number three doubles for the second time this season. They defeated Mike Tyrell and Pancoast, 8-3.
"The guys played well today," Chargers' Head Coach
Zach Freeman said. "Having Klinger get back on track is great for the team and his confidence as well."
Freeman said while the team is still without their first win, they are improving.
"Obviously we want to win, but at the same time, guys are making better decisions and our scores are reflecting that."
LBC has three matches remaining, including their final home match which will be Wednesday against Penn State-Berks at 3:30 p.m.
