The Lancaster Bible College women's soccer team, along with the Lancaster Bible College Athletic Department, is pleased to announce its 2022 schedule, as the Chargers will play 17 games during the regular season, including nine games at Donald H. Funk Field at Willis & Martha Herr Stadium.
 
Lancaster Bible is coming off a 2021 campaign that saw the team go 9-10 overall, including a 5-4 mark in United East Conference play in Head Coach Jake Warren's first season. The Chargers earned the fourth seed in the United East Playoffs, and lost to top-seeded Penn St. Harrisburg, 3-0 in the conference semifinals.
 
The 2022 Chargers will open the season at home, as they face Waynesburg on Thursday, Sept. 1 at 4 p.m. Lancaster Bible will head north on Labor Day Weekend to face Elmira on Saturday, Sept. 3, before returning home on Sept. 7 to host long-time rival Cairn at 7 p.m.
 
The Chargers will travel to Gwynedd Mercy on Sept. 13 for their final tune-up before United East play begins on Saturday, Sept. 17 at home against Penn College. Lancaster Bible will battle Penn St. Berks on Sept. 21 in Reading, Pa., before hosting St. Mary's (Md.) for Homecoming on Saturday, Sept. 24 at 12 p.m.
 
Lancaster Bible will host Cabrini on Sept. 27, before playing the first of three straight conference games on Saturday, October 1 at Morrisville State. The Chargers will travel to Middletown, Pa. to battle Penn St. Harrisburg on Oct. 5, before hosting Wells on Saturday, Oct. 8.
 
The Chargers will take on Keystone in La Plume, Pa. on Oct. 10, before battling Penn St. Abington on Saturday, Oct. 15. Lancaster Bible will return home to host Moravian on Oct. 19 at 7 p.m., before playing its final United East Conference game on Oct. 22 at home against Gallaudet. Lancaster Bible will play its final road game of the regular season on Oct. 25 at Goucher, before wrapping up its regular season schedule at home on Saturday, Oct. 29 against Eastern.
 
Lancaster Bible will look to qualify for the conference playoffs for the 11^th straight season, and should the streak continue, the conference playoffs will take place on Nov. 4-5 at the top seed.
