Box Score The Lancaster Bible College men's tennis squad squared off against the Spartans of York College on Thursday, March 16 at home. The Chargers ended up falling 1-8 pushing their record to 6-2 overall for the year while the Spartans improve to 3-4 overall.
 
How It Happened: On the singles side of the match, the Chargers lost all but one as Josh Jarvis got a three-set win. On the doubles side, the Spartans swept each match but the combinations of Devon Clemmer, Jarvis and Micah Weaver, AJ Kwiatkowski gave the Spartans a tough match with the first doubles going to three sets and the second finishing in 6-8 fashion. Malachi Bomgardner and Caleb Cavaiani lost 2-8.
 
Information to Know: This is the first match between the two programs in school history… the Chargers are off to a similar start as the 2021-22 season when the Chargers began 7-2 in the middle of March and ended the season with a solid 12-6 record.
