How It Happened: The Chargers scored the only run of the game in the top of the 1st inning as junior Brian Coburn stole second base, sending senior Blake Greenly to steal home and giving the Chargers a 1-0 advantage. Game Two, 13-6 Loss

How It Happened: Looking to complete the sweep for the day, the Wildcats were the first to strike after scoring four runs in the bottom of the 1st inning. The Chargers were able to get on the board in the 3rd inning as Harrison Hobdy had a hard-hit ball to third base to bring home freshman Dylan Witkowski. The Wildcats added three more runs to their lead, making it 7-1 after four innings. Sophomore Harrison Madagan hit a single to center to bring home Greenly and Witkowski in the 5th inning, then Greenly followed up with a double of his own to center, scoring Witkowski and Hague in the 6th inning. With the Chargers closing the gap to just three runs, the Wildcats continue to keep the offensive attack going, scoring six more runs compared to the Chargers' one run.

By the Numbers: The Chargers had 13 hits for six runs and four RBIs… the Wildcats had 12 hits for 13 runs and 12 RBIs… Greenly went 3-4 with two RBIs and one run… Madagan went 3-5 with two RBIs as well… David Wagner went 4-5 with three RBIs of his own.
