2024: Workman made 11 appearances with 10 starts in his senior season, pitching a team-high 53 2/3 innings with a 3-4 record. He finished the season with a 5.87 ERA and a WHIP of 1.57, tallying 57 strikeouts for the 4th-most in the United East Conference. Workman pitched a career-high 7 innings twice in 2024, including a three-run outing against Penn St. Abington to claim the win on May 3 in Lancaster Bible's first-ever United East Playoff win and their first postseason victory since 2021. Andrew had six starts with 5+ strikeouts with a season-high 10 Ks against Geneva (Pa.) on March 4. After the season ended, Workman was named a CSC Academic All-District selection.
2023: Andrew Workman pitched in 10 games with nine starts for Lancaster Bible in 2023, throwing for 38.2 innings. He finished with a 6.98 ERA and a 1.84 WHIP, recording a 2-3 record and a .280 opponent BA. He led the team with 56 total strikeouts and had six games with 5+ Ks, striking out a season-high 10 batters on April 14 against Penn St. Berks.
2022: Workman made four starts in his five appearances on the mound for the Chargers in 2022. He threw 16.2 innings, finishing with a 2-0 record and a 3.78 ERA, the best of any Charger pitcher with 10+ IP. He slung the ball well, striking out 25 batters and walking only five, ending with a rate of 13.5 Ks per 9 innings and an opponent average of just .235. Workman pitched a season-long 6.0 innings on March 13 against MCLA, where he struck out 12 batters, the most in a single outing since Nate Burns struck out 13 during the 2015 season.
