LANCASTER, Pa. – The Lancaster Bible College Field Hockey team has unveiled its 2025 fall schedule marking an exciting chapter under their new head coach, Kevin Hertzog. The Chargers schedule features several familiar opponents, a few fresh faces, and a tough United East Conference regular season. Their fall includes 15 regular season matches, seven home contests, and five conference games.
Season Opener & Non-Conference Play
The Chargers travel to Houghton in Houghton, New York on August 29 to open their 2025 campaign. They will stay in New York for the weekend playing at Alfred on Saturday, August 30 before returning home to host Neumann on September 4 at 4:00 p.m. The rest of their non-conference schedule includes several strong regional programs including Immaculata, Goucher, Sweet Briar, Lycoming, and Stevenson along with a few new faces in Randolph-Macon and FDU-Florham.
Home Highlights & Special Events
· Homecoming Match: September 26 vs. Randolph-Macon – 5:00 p.m.
· Senior Day: October 18 vs. Keystone – 2:00 p.m.
United East Conference Action
Conference play is set to begin on October 4 as the Chargers head to Penn St. Harrisburg at 4:00 p.m. They will then enter a three game homestand against St. Mary's (Md), Wilson, and Keystone before heading to Cedar Crest to round out the regular season on Saturday, October 25.
Postseason Outlook
The United East Conference postseason kicks off November 1 with the United East Semifinals followed by the United East Championship held on November 8.
