The Lancaster Bible College Men's and Women's Tennis teams traveled to Hilton Head, S.C. over Spring Break last week to compete in the Spring Tennis Fest, with each team playing two matches as the men's team lost 6-1 to both Mount Saint Mary (N.Y.) and Buena Vista while the women's team lost 6-1 to Baldwin Wallace and 4-0 to Buena Vista in an unfinished contest. The Chargers are now 0-4 overall on both the men's and women's side.
 
Men's Recap
vs Mount Saint Mary (N.Y.) ~ 1-6 Loss
 
- While the Knights picked up the team point in doubles, the #1 pairing of Cole Stoltzfus (Fr.) and Cole Scheihing (Jr.) earned a 6-2 victory for the Chargers
- Cole Stoltzfus also won his #1 singles match for the Chargers' lone point of the match, winning his matchup 7-6 (7-1 TB) and 7-6 (9-7 TB) in a hard-fought win
 
vs Buena Vista ~ 1-6 Loss
 
- The Chargers' lone point of the match once again came from a #1 singles win by Cole Stoltzfus, defeating his opponent 6-4, 6-4 for a 2-0 singles week at the top spot

 Women's Recap
vs Baldwin Wallace ~ 1-6 Loss
 
- The Chargers had one point from the match against the Yellow Jackets that came in the #6 singles slot as Katelyn Riederich (Fr.) won 6-3, 6-2 for LBC
 
vs Buena Vista ~ 0-4 Loss (unfinished)
 
- The Chargers had some tight matches in singles play, but each fell in their completed match before the contest was unfinished as doubles play did not get completed
