The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) released their weekly award winners on Monday afternoon, with the Chargers'
Kendall Jackman (Fr.) earning Softball Student-Athlete of the Week. This is Jackman's first career weekly honor from the NCCAA and the second of the season for Chargers Softball in 2026.

Jackman filled the stat sheet this week as the Chargers went 4-0 in United East play and improved to 13-6 overall and 6-0 in the conference, their best start to conference play in program history. Jackman totaled eight hits on 8-13 for a .615 batting average in four games, adding six RBI and eight runs scored. Kendall had five extra-base hits this week, including two doubles, two triples, and her first career home run on an inside-the-parker on Tuesday against Keystone to start the game. Jackman totaled a 1.308 weekly OPS and a .600 on-base percentage, leading the team this season with an on-base percentage of exactly .500 through 17 games played. Jackman also stole two bases this week and leads the Chargers this season with 12 total steals. Kendall is batting for a .411 average in her first season with an OPS of 1.107 and 23 hits, including seven for extra bases and a team-high 22 runs scored.

This week, Jackman and the Chargers have a pair of road double-headers, first against Stevenson in non-conference play on Thursday, April 9 at 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Then, the Chargers travel to take on Penn St. Abington in United East action on Saturday, April 11 at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. as Lancaster Bible looks to remain unbeaten in conference play.
