The Lancaster Bible College Women's Volleyball team has their 2026 season on the horizon as they prepare for their 26-game schedule that includes 10 United East Conference matches. The Chargers are led by head coach Justin Brubaker in his first season at the helm for Lancaster Bible, bringing a wealth of coaching experience at several programs across the country as well as two years in an assistant role here at LBC to the table. Lancaster Bible is coming off a 17-12 finish to their 2025 season including a United East Semifinal berth and will look to compete in a 13-team United East field this season and will play a total of 15 home matches to 11 road/neutral matchups.
 
The Chargers are returning a total of 15 players from last year's team including five 2025 All-Conference selections and seven total seniors. Key offensive contributors including United East Second Team selections Lea Sareyka (Sr.) and Jessica Fletcher (Sr.), leading the Chargers with 277 and 208 kills respectively with Sareyka landing top-five in the conference with 63 service aces. Eden Belford (Sr.) also returns as a strong hitter for LBC, totaling 196 kills and 34 blocks in 2025 for the third-most points on the team while earning Second Team honors. The Chargers also return Madeline Reed (Sr.) as a Second Team selection and Madison Reap (Jr.) from the Third Team, with Reed tallying 557 assists as a setter with 38 aces and Reap with 144 kills and 26 aces. In addition, the Chargers have 12 total incoming players for this season including two transfers to bring their roster total to 27 players heading into the season.
 
Lancaster Bible opens up the 2026 season with four straight away contests, starting Friday and Saturday, September 4-5 to compete in the Haverford Invitational as they face Stockton, Haverford, and Misericordia throughout the weekend. After a road match against Wilkes on September 10, the Chargers host their first match of 2026 as they take on Moravian on Tuesday, September 15 at 7:00 p.m. The Chargers then have their LBC Homecoming match on Friday, September 18 as they host Franklin & Marshall at 7:00 p.m., then they have two more home dates in a row as they host Gettysburg (Sept. 23) and their first of four tri-matches on Saturday, September 26 as they open up United East action against Penn College at 11:00 a.m. as well as Keuka at 3:00 p.m. their first road conference game occurs on Wednesday, September 30 at 7:00 p.m. as they travel to St. Mary's (Md.), then they travel to Eastern the next day to open October. The Chargers then host Notre Dame (Md.) and Arcadia in a home tri-match on Saturday, October 3 before three straight road games against Keystone (Oct. 6), Elizabethtown (Oct. 8), and Cedar Crest (Oct. 10). After three on the road, it's three at home for LBC as they host Wilson (Oct. 13), Messiah (Oct. 15), and Penn St. Brandywine (Oct. 17) before a road match at Penn St. Abington on October 20. The Chargers spend the last two weekends at home for tri-matches as they host Cairn (11am) and Hood (3pm) on October 24 before a road match at defending regular season champs Gallaudet on Tuesday, October 27. The Chargers host Penn St. Berks for Senior Night on Thursday, October 29 at 7:00 p.m., then close the regular season on October 31 as they host Alvernia (11am) and King's (Pa.) (3pm) before the United East postseason gets underway, concluding on Saturday, November 14 as the top eight teams compete for the conference crown.

The Chargers have their first home game of the year next Tuesday, September 15 as they take on Moravian at 7:00 p.m. in the Horst Athletic Center.
