How it Happened
The Lancaster Bible College baseball team took down Gallaudet by a score of 15-6 in game two of their three game series on Saturday, April 2.
The Chargers (12-10 Overall, 7-1 United East) responded after falling behind 1-0, scoring in the bottom of first inning.
Blake Greenly led off the inning with a double.
Ethan Varricchione drove in Greenly with a single into center field, tying the game at one. Varricchione stole second and advanced to third on a wild pitch. After
Tyler Cunningham worked a walk,
Harrison Hobdy reached base on an error, allowing Varricchione to score. Cunningham then scored on a throwing error when Hobdy swiped second base.
The Bison (5-17 Overall, 1-6 United East) plated a run in the top of third inning to make the score 3-2. LBC immediately answered back in the bottom of the third inning. Cunningham hit a single and
Adam Naylor doubled to put two runners on base. Cunningham capitalized on wild pitch, scoring easily from third.
Mark Cullins then worked a walk and stole second to put two runners in scoring position.
Kaden Hunt smacked a double down the left field line, allowing both runners to score. Greenly followed with a double to left field, plating Hunt to give LBC a 7-2 lead.
The Bison battled back, scoring three runs in the top of the fourth inning to close back within two runs. LBC had an answer, recapturing the momentum in the bottom of the fourth inning. After Varricchione led off the inning with a double into left field, Cunningham smashed a two-run home run over the left field fence, giving LBC a 9-5 lead.
Harrison Hobdy followed, crushing his first career home run, stretching the lead to five.
The Chargers continued rolling, scoring in the fifth and sixth innings to build a six-run lead. In the sixth inning, Pinkney launched a three-run home run to put the game out of reach. The Chargers closed out the game, picking up a 15-6 victory.

How it Happened
The Lancaster Bible College baseball team closed out their series with Gallaudet by rallying to defeat the Bison 9-7.
The Chargers (13-10 Overall, 8-1 United East) took the early lead when
Blake Greenly smashed a solo home run to lead off the bottom of the first inning. Gallaudet (5-18 Overall, 1-7 United East) scored two runs to take a 2-1 lead in the top of the second inning. Greenly answered back in the bottom of the second inning, smashing a two-run home run to give LBC a 3-2 lead.
LBC tacked on runs in the fourth, fifth and sixth inning to build a 6-3 advantage. The Bison answered back, scoring four runs in the seventh inning to recapture a 7-6 lead. The Chargers responded in the bottom of the inning.

James Toney each worked a walk to load the bases.
Josh Noll was then hit in the arm by a pitch, driving in the tying run.
Kaden Hunt drove a sacrifice fly into left field to score Naylor and give LBC an 8-7 lead.
The Chargers tacked on an insurance run in the eighth inning. With
Tyler Cunningham on second base, pinch hitter
Andrew Kidder smacked a single through the right side allowing Cunningham to score. With a 9-7 lead, Cunningham headed to the mound, shutting down the Bison to secure the victory.
