The Lancaster Bible College men's and women's cross-country team began their 2025 season across town at the Franklin and Marshall Invitational. The event was a two mile. Those that participated in the invitational were host Franklin and Marshall and Elizabethtown, additionally a Franklin and Marshall alumni team on the men's side.
The men started the invitational, with David Helms led the way for the Chargers finishing in seventh place with a time of 10:34.09. John Speckman would be the next Charger to cross at 12:12.40 placing him inn 22nd. Victor Hanley would finish 24th, Jay Royal in 26th, and Dustin Franz in 27th, would total the Charger's team score to a fourth-place finish.
The women finished out the day, with Seana Dougherty finishing first for the Chargers in seventh place with a time of 12:55.20. She was followed by two teammates Cadee Cameron and Abby Ames who finished 12th and 13th. Shawna Donough, Rosa Johnson, and Ava Reich would round out the women's side finishing 18th, 19th, and 20th. The Chargers would finish in 3rd for the day.
