The Lancaster Bible College men's cross-country team took part in the Penn State Abington Invitational Saturday, September 20. The field included 14 total teams comprised of 90 runners. The Chargers would finish fifth with 141 points, including two top-20 finishes.
David Helms would secure a fourth-place finish as he crossed the finish line at 28:34.4.
John Spackman would be the next to cross the line in 17
th place at 31:34.7, followed by
Victor Hanley at 32:51.9 in 28
th place.
Jaden Royal would finish in 41
st at 34:54.6. Micah Richardson and Kingsiah Oquendo would be the final two Chargers to cross in 68
th and 69
th place.
"Today was a great showing from both the men and women at Penn State Abington," Coach Silas remarked.
"This is a hardworking group of athletes."
