It was a record breaking and record tying day for the Lancaster Bible College women's lacrosse team in Abington, Pa. The Chargers defeated Penn State Abington, 17-2, tying a school-record with their sixth win of the season, while sophomore attacker

Heise led the Chargers with eight goals, while
Rebekah Weidel had three. Weidel finished with 29 goals on the year, and assisted on five more to finish with 34 points.
Rachel Warren and
Kirsten Fuller, playing their final games in a Chargers' uniform, had to goals each, while
Ky-Leigh Hallman and
Kelsey Scott each scored once.
LBC goalie
Erin Leonard finished with seven saves, giving her 132 for the year.
"Today was a great way to end the year," Chargers Head Coach Evelyn Long said. "The ladies played well and though their record doesn't show it, Abington is a good team and I thought we would have to play well to beat them and we did."
LBC, which will join the North Eastern Athletic Conference next season, finished 3-1 this year against NEAC opponents.
"To play so well against opponents we will be facing in conference play next season is huge for this program," Long said. "It's a big boost for us."
The Chargers finish the season with a 6-8 record, a better winning percentage than last season's 6-10 team.
