Lancaster Bible Drops Season Finale

Box Score The Lancaster Bible women's lacrosse team lost its final game of the season on Saturday as the Chargers fell to Cazenovia, 15-6. Lancaster Bible finishes the season with a 1-15 overall record and 1-8 mark in North Eastern Athletic Conference play.

On Saturday, freshman Alyssa Wesner paced the Chargers with three goals as she finished with the most goals on the team this season with 17. Her 22 points also led the team as well this season. Fellow freshman Joanna Shughart added two goals as well on Saturday, as she finished with nine goals and an assist for 10 points this year. Senior Emily Martz, playing in her final collegiate lacrosse game, added the other goal for the Chargers as she capped her senior year with her 11th goal of the year.

Sophomore goalie Cheyenne Benson finished with seven saves on Saturday, giving her 98 for the year. 

Joining Martz in playing their final collegiate game were seniors Ky-Leigh Hallman, Annie Hoover, Ellie Hoover, Erin Railey and Emily Taylor.
