Lancaster Bible College Women's Volleyball Head Coach
Julie Brubaker has announced she will be stepping down from her full-time responsibilities with the program after spending six years at the helm.
In those six years, Brubaker accrued an overall record of 90-60 and a conference record of 30-12 including trips to the postseason in each of the last four seasons. Brubaker led the Chargers to one of the program's best seasons in 2024 with a team record of 26 wins, the United East Runner-Up, and it's first ever NCCAA Division I Regional Title. This past season the Chargers finished 17-12 overall and 7-3 in conference play falling in the semi-finals to the two-seed, St. Mary's.
Brubaker has coached 19 All-Conference selections including three straight Defensive Player of the Year honors. Brubaker was also named the NCCAA Mideast Regional Co-Coach of the year in 2024.
Despite Brubaker stepping down from her full-time responsibilities, she will still be present within Charger Athletics as her husband, Jade, is the long-time men's volleyball head coach.
"Coach Brubaker has served our student-athletes and our department with excellence, care, and integrity," said Director of Athletics
Bryan Curtis. "We are deeply grateful for her commitment, leadership, and the positive impact she has made on many student-athletes during her time at LBC."
The search for the new Head Women's Volleyball Coach is underway.
