The Lancaster Bible College women's lacrosse team fell to Wesley on Monday night in Dover, Del., 18-3.
Whitney Heise had all three of the Chargers' goals, bringing her season total to 49.
Bekah Weidel and
Nicole Valinteno split time in goal for the Chargers. Weidel made five saves in the first half as she played in goal for the first time in her collegiate career, while Valinteno made one save in the second half.
"Wesley is a good team and they have attackers and midfielders who can make you pay if you make a mistake," Chargers' Head Coach
Zach Freeman said. "I thought we did a better job of executing in the second half and hopefully we can take some of that momentum into our next game."
LBC (0-13, 0-7 NEAC) will travel to Morristown, N.J. on Wednesday to take on St. Elizabeth at 3:30 p.m.
