The Lancaster Bible College women's lacrosse team dropped its home finale on Monday, falling to Wilkes, 18-11.
Whitney Heise led the Chargers with five goals, increasing her record-breaking season total to 73.
Rebekah Weidel added four goals, while
Annie Hoover and
Danielle Good also scored for LBC. Chargers' goalie
Nicole Valinteno made 18 saves for LBC who finished 1-8 at home this season.
"I thought we played really well in spurts and sort of just sputtered the rest of the time," Chargers' Head Coach
Zach Freeman said. "Offensively we settled for too many shots and should have taken our time a bit more."
The Chargers (1-15, 1-8 NEAC) will wrap-up their season on Thursday when they face Rosemont at 4 p.m.
